In order to offer you the most affordable rates, nubiaswimwear.com uses standard United States Postal service for all shipping. Online purchases will require a signature upon delivery to confirm receipt of your order. Your order will be charged $8.95 for shipping and handling. You will receive free shipping for any order over $200.00. Deliveries will not be made to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses. Most in-stock items will ship as ready. All other items generally ship within 48 hours, and will arrive within 6-10 business days (weekends and holidays excluded). If you order items with different availability, your order will be shipped when all items are available. Or you can request to have items shipped upon availability, but you will be billed shipping charges on each individual item. Rush orders are available for an additional charge.

Return Policy - There are no refunds. All sales are final. NubiaSwimwear.com will accept exchanges for size or style only. All exchanges must be approved by our WEB Dept. and accompanied by a return authorization number. Merchandise purchased on the internet cannot be returned or exchanged at any of our stores.  If you have the slightest doubt about your size please call us at our customer service department at  1-831-476-1435. Our experienced personnel will assist you in finding the perfect fit for your body.

Exchange Authorization Number - Due to the sensitive nature of swimwear, garments will not be exchanged that have been warn, washed, or if the tags and/or sanitary linings have been removed. If you must exchange an item it must be returned within 10 days of your delivery date.  You will first need to call us to be assigned an authorization number.  Your exchange authorization number must appear on the package you return to us, in large letters, immediately following your return address.  The item must be in the same condition you received it. After 10 days, the exchange authorization number will be null and void and the package will be returned to you, with the return postal charges billed to your credit card.
