A. Please allow 2 days for the shipping information to become available. We will contact you with your order confirmation and tracking number. Then you will be able to track your purchase online.

A. All sales are final with no refunds. nubiaswimwear.com will accept exchanges for size or style only. Merchandise purchased on the internet can not be returned or exchanged in any of our stores. You must contact our customer service department to be approved and receive your authorization number. If you must exchange an item it must be returned within 10 days of your delivery date.

A. Sales tax is determined by the location where the merchandise is being shipped to.

A. The shipping charge is determined by approximate weight and destination along with standard vs. express charges.

Q. How do I make a return?
A. Due to the sensitive nature of swimwear garments will not be exchanged that have been worn, washed or if the tags and / or sanitary linings have been removed. If you must exchange an item it must be returned within 10 days of the delivery date. You will first need to contact us to be assigned a return authorization number. Your exchange authorization number must appear on the package you return to us in large letters, immediately following your return address. The item must be in the same condition you received it in. After 10 days, the exchange authorization number will be null and void and the package will be returned to you with the return postal charges billed to your credit card.
